Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "You") and the qqnisa platform (the "Company", "qqnisa", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any services provided by qqnisa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. qqnisa reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts that fail to verify age will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited.
The qqnisa platform is designed to serve players residing in Indonesia. You confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and account use. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. qqnisa operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised offshore regulatory authority, but we do not provide legal advice regarding the applicability of Indonesian law to individual players.
By registering an account, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction, that you are not subject to any legal restrictions that would prohibit you from gambling, and that you are using your own funds for deposits and wagers.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the qqnisa platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and voiding of any pending bets or bonuses. qqnisa employs automated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprinting, IP address, payment methods, and behavioural patterns.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify qqnisa customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
qqnisa is required by its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. KYC verification involves confirming your identity, age, and residential address through submission of official documents. Verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter.

All submitted documents must meet the following standards: high resolution and fully legible; in colour (black-and-white scans are not accepted); free from alteration, editing, or covering of any information; in JPG, PNG, or PDF format with a maximum file size of 5MB per document. qqnisa aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During peak periods, verification may take up to 48 hours. You will receive an email notification once your account has been verified. If additional information is required, our compliance team will contact you via the email address registered to your account.
Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will have withdrawal privileges suspended. Deposits and gameplay will continue to be available, but funds cannot be withdrawn until verification is completed. Accounts that remain unverified for more than 90 days may be subject to closure and forfeiture of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
qqnisa supports deposits via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 across all payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player VIP tier. Standard accounts have a maximum single deposit of Rp 50.000.000; VIP accounts may request higher limits by contacting customer support.
Deposits made via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your qqnisa account within 2–10 minutes. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are credited instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction receipt or reference number.
qqnisa does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or transfer charges. These third-party fees are beyond qqnisa's control and are the sole responsibility of the Player.
You confirm that all funds deposited to your qqnisa account are derived from legitimate sources and are your own property. Deposits made using stolen credit cards, fraudulent bank accounts, or funds obtained through illegal activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification and have a positive account balance. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used (e.g., if you deposited via BCA, you must withdraw to the same BCA account). This is a requirement of our anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits are: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction for standard accounts; Rp 100.000.000 per transaction for VIP accounts. Daily withdrawal limits apply as follows: Rp 100.000.000 per day for standard accounts; Rp 250.000.000 per day for VIP accounts.
qqnisa processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and Indonesian public holidays. Typical processing times by payment method are as follows:
Processing times begin from the moment your withdrawal request is approved by our finance team. First-time withdrawals, large withdrawals, or accounts flagged for additional verification may take up to 24–48 hours to process.
qqnisa does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. From the fourth withdrawal onwards in a single month, a processing fee of Rp 10.000 per withdrawal applies. VIP players are exempt from withdrawal fees regardless of frequency.
Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, you have a 15-minute window to cancel (reverse) the withdrawal before it is sent to our finance team for processing. After the 15-minute window expires, withdrawal requests cannot be reversed. If you wish to cancel a withdrawal, log in to your account, navigate to the withdrawal history page, and click "Cancel" next to the pending withdrawal.
Bonuses and promotions offered by qqnisa are subject to specific eligibility requirements, which are published on the promotion page at the time the offer is made. Common requirements include minimum deposit amount, first-time deposit status, and player VIP tier. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and closure of all associated accounts.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×, 25×, 20×) and apply to either the bonus amount only or the combined total of the bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific promotion. For example, if you receive a Rp 500.000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount only, you must wager a total of Rp 15.000.000 (500.000 × 30) before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the standard contribution rates are:
All bonuses have a validity period (also called an expiry period), which is stated in the promotion terms. Common validity periods are 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings generated from the bonus will be forfeited and removed from your account.
While an active bonus is in your account and wagering requirements are not yet complete, you are subject to a maximum bet limit. The standard maximum bet limit is Rp 50.000 per bet (or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower). Exceeding the maximum bet limit while bonus wagering is active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements of an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings generated from the bonus will be forfeited, and only your deposited funds and winnings from non-bonus gameplay will be available for withdrawal.
All bets placed on the qqnisa platform are subject to acceptance by our system. qqnisa reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, particularly in cases where the bet size is unusually large, where the account is flagged for suspicious activity, or where the event or market is experiencing unusual betting patterns.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the sport or competition. In cases where no official result is declared (e.g., match abandoned, cancelled, or postponed), bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific sport's rules. For live (in-play) betting, qqnisa reserves the right to void bets placed after a significant event (goal, red card, etc.) has occurred but before the live odds have been updated.
All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, and table games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be influenced or predicted by qqnisa or by any player. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds; individual session results may vary significantly from the published RTP.
Togel (Indonesian lottery) results are based on official draw results from the respective international lottery authorities (Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK, etc.). qqnisa does not conduct or influence these draws. In rare cases where an official draw result is disputed or invalidated by the issuing authority, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
In the event of a system error, software malfunction, incorrect odds display, or technical glitch that results in incorrect bet settlement, qqnisa reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances retroactively. Players will be notified via email if their account is affected. qqnisa is not liable for losses resulting from system errors, and affected bets will be treated as if they never occurred.
qqnisa is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours. Decreasing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. To set or modify deposit limits, navigate to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Deposit Limits.
You can set a session time limit, which will automatically log you out of your account after a specified duration of continuous play. Session time limits can be set in increments of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 4 hours. After being logged out, you can log back in immediately, but you will receive a reminder of the amount of time you have spent playing.
If you feel you need a break from gambling, you can self-exclude your account for a specified period. Self-exclusion options include: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent (indefinite). During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed or cancelled once activated. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqnisa platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement:
qqnisa reserves the right to freeze any account pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected. During an investigation, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Investigations typically conclude within 7–14 business days. You will be notified of the outcome via email. If the investigation concludes that Terms & Conditions violations occurred, your account will be permanently closed and funds forfeited.
Accounts found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions will be permanently closed. Permanent closure means you are prohibited from creating any new accounts on the qqnisa platform in the future. Attempts to circumvent a permanent ban by creating a new account will result in immediate closure of the new account and forfeiture of any funds.
Your use of the qqnisa platform is entirely at your own risk. qqnisa provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, qqnisa disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
qqnisa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if qqnisa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall qqnisa's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform exceed the total amount you have deposited to your qqnisa account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is lower.
qqnisa shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.
If you have a complaint or dispute with qqnisa, you must first attempt to resolve it by contacting our customer support team via email at [email protected]. Provide a detailed description of the issue, relevant account information, and any supporting documentation (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.). Our support team will investigate and respond within 48 hours. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above processes, qqnisa's decision shall be final and binding. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you waive any right to pursue legal action or arbitration beyond the internal dispute resolution process described herein, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qqnisa's international gaming licence is issued, without regard to conflict of law principles. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
By using the qqnisa platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which qqnisa's gaming licence is issued for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform.
qqnisa operates as an offshore platform licensed by an international gaming authority. Indonesia's Public Gambling Act of 1867 predates the internet and does not explicitly address online gambling. The legal status of offshore online gambling for Indonesian residents exists in a grey area that has not been definitively clarified by Indonesian courts or modern legislation. If you do not agree to any modifications to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the qqnisa platform and may request closure of your account by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to you (minus any pending wagering requirements or bonus forfeitures) within 7–14 business days.
